Joanna Franaszek holds a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute in Florence, as well as Master degrees in both Mathematics and Quantitative Methods. She is currently working in Collegium of Economic Analysis, Warsaw School of Economics. Her main research interest is information theory, with a focus on communication, incentives and constraints to information exchange. She presented her PhD research at leading conferences in economic theory, including the Econometric Society Winter Meeting, Royal Economic Society Annual Conference and Hurwicz Workshop.
